  • Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu: The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, is a medical practitioner with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the University of Lagos. She served the Lagos State Public Service for 25 years, rising to Chief Medical Director. She played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lagos, deploying her medical expertise and providing palliative measures. She is also actively involved in women’s empowerment, fighting domestic violence, and coordinating the Renewed Hope Initiative for Lagos State.

  • Philda Nani Kereng: A distinguished Motswana diplomat, social development expert, and former politician, Philda Nani Kereng currently serves as the High Commissioner of the Republic of Botswana to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. With over 30 years of experience in social development, she is a strong advocate for child protection, community development, and sustainability. As Botswana’s former Minister of Environment and Tourism, she was instrumental in shaping the country’s tourism and environmental policies.
  • Lulu Rasebotsa: A distinguished Motswana business executive, Lulu Rasebotsa is the current Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Air Botswana, a position she has held since December 2023. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance, she was the first woman CEO of Bidvest Life Insurance in South Africa. She is passionate about mentoring young people and is leading the expansion of Air Botswana.
  • Ebere Njoku: A highly accomplished executive, Dr. Ebere Njoku has a diverse background spanning healthcare, business, and personal development. She previously served as the Director General of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), where she drove growth and promoted trade between Nigeria and Britain. With over 25 years as a Doctor of Optometry, she founded Eyecraft Clinic and is also a certified life coach and author of seven books.
  • Her Excellency Lilly C. Ng’ok: Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE), Her Excellency Lilly C. Ng’ok is a Kenyan citizen born in 1973. She plays a pivotal role in steering KIE’s mission to promote and facilitate the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Kenya. She previously served as the Deputy Governor for Kericho County.
  • Professor Eunice Fonyuy Fondze-Fombele: An Associate Professor of African Literature, Gender, and Eco-Cultural Studies at the University of Buea, Cameroon, Professor Fondze-Fombele has over 40 publications and co-edited four significant works. Her scholarship employs decolonial research methodologies focusing on community engagement and sustainability, promoting epistemic justice by exploring African alternative knowledge systems related to gender and ecology. She also actively mentors emerging researchers and founded the KISSO Foundation to empower vulnerable women and youths.
  • Titi Oshodi: An accomplished administrative executive and change management leader, Titi Oshodi currently serves as the Special Adviser on Climate Change and Circular Economy to the Governor of Lagos State. With nearly three decades of experience, she leads transformative initiatives aimed at positioning Lagos as a pioneer in Africa’s green economy, including projects like the 80 Million Clean Cookstove project. She is also an entrepreneur and communication strategist.
  • Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi: A transformational leader and pioneering public servant, Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi currently serves as the Mandate Secretary for Women Affairs at the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). With over 35 years of experience, she drives groundbreaking policies and programs to empower women, promote gender equity, and advance inclusive governance in Nigeria’s capital. She is a passionate advocate for gender-based violence prevention, economic empowerment for rural women, and disability inclusion.
