Through comprehensive business training, seed funding, and ongoing post-investment assistance, including mentoring and coaching, the initiative supports youth-led enterprises across multiple sectors, including Agriculture, Retailing, Circular Packaging, Renewable Energy, and additional areas.
The program identifies young entrepreneurs with the most compelling business proposals and awards them grants to finance their ventures, ultimately generating employment opportunities across various industries.
The initiative aims to assist government efforts in developing a thriving, youthful society by fostering an entrepreneurial culture and addressing youth unemployment challenges in Nigeria.
Now celebrating its tenth year of operation in Nigeria, Kickstart extends across multiple African nations as part of AB InBev Group’s Africa Zone strategy. The program has demonstrated success in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, and Tanzania.
