The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) has partnered with Talent Hives to launch the 2024 EmpowerHer Digital Business Initiative program, the first cohort of EmpowerHer in Nigeria.

Slated to take place in Kaduna State, the EmpowerHer initiative aims to train 300 women entrepreneurs based in Kaduna State.
The vision of the EmpowerHer initiative is to train one million women entrepreneurs in Women in Digital Business. It is a free entrepreneurship program designed to help women grow their businesses.
The program will take over 3 months, including one month of guided formal training and two months of mentorship and business connections that will lead to a pitch, incubation, and graduation ceremony.

Some of the benefits of the program include:
- Successful candidates will be opportune to access top-class resources from the ILO and Talent Hive and further training opportunities at Talent Hive in Kaduna State.
- Participants will gain further knowledge and understanding of business, digitalization, marketing, and operations.
- It is an opportunity for participants to connect and network with like-minded women to gain knowledge on best practices through the support of a qualified team of program staff, mentors, and facilitators.
