The Twitter handle of the station, @Sorosoke247, reads,

“24/7 update on all things protest. We are for a better nation powered by value for life and good governance.”

Since its launch, the station has featured reports of happenings around the country in relation to the #EndSARS movement and uplifting songs about justice.

Soro Soke, a phrase that translates to “Speak Up”, became the battle cry of the #EndSARS movement last week after protesters in Lagos State chanted at Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to ‘soro soke’ while addressing the youths.

Alongside this major milestone, several other steps have been taken to support the #EndSARS movement both at home and abroad.

It would be recalled that despite the announcement by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu last Sunday, that the police unit had been scrapped and replaced, the protesters insisted that SARS officers undergo psychological evaluation and re-training before they are redeployed.
