Lanre Olusola

Fela Durotoye

Dayo Olomu

Dayo Olomu’s journey into motivational speaking began when he first joined his local Toastmasters club in Croydon, Surrey, in the year; 2003. He joined the club to develop his public speaking and leadership skills. From Toastmasters, he developed an interest in Motivational Speaking, starting out at Black History Month. His first event ever as a Seminar Leader took place on September 6, 2004 at Croydon Town Hall, Surrey, UK. Through his experience at the Toastmasters Club and active participation in Public Speaking, he would later become an advanced-level Toastmaster and the Founding President of Croydon Communicators. Dayo is the author of some inspiring books including ‘My 50 Greatest Lessons in Life &Winning Principles for Success’ and ‘Leadership’. He impacts people about the importance of thought Leadership through seminars and his books. His hobbies include a lot of adrenaline-pumping activities such as walking on fire, mountain climbing, and running the marathon. He participated in the 100KM London-Brighton Challenge in 2016 which proves that he is a man who welcomes challenges.

Ubong Essien

Ubong Essien has been teaching Public Speaking for over a decade. His Clientele includes several people from the Political Class to the Business Class. With a third-class in Biology Education, Ubong seemed destined for a lifetime in the classroom, but his passion for the Liberal Arts deterred him from that part. Today, he is the first Nigerian to have the title of International Designation of Certified Professional Speaker bestowed upon him at the Global Speakers Convention in July 2012. Ubong has always appreciated the importance of communication and that was what motivated him to establish his media outfit and a Christian Publication while still studying at the University of Ilorin. After graduation and youth service, he started a publication called ‘Achievers Magazine’. It was through this platform that he won young entrepreneur of the year from Success Digest in 2002 because the publication went nationwide. Presently, he is the Dean of the School of Eloquence based in Lagos and London. His has worked with various Nigerian organizations such as Fidelity Bank, Guinness PLC, Standard Chartered Bank, May and Baker, Nigerian Tribune, amongst others. As a result of his pioneering role in motivational lectures on television since 2002, he was dubbed ‘Nigeria’s Mister Motivator’. Ubong specializes in motivating people towards personal and professional development.

Emeka Nobis

Emeka Nobis has also played a major role in fostering development in individuals and organizations alike. After working as a Mechanical Engineer for 10 years, he resigned and redirected his life focus to helping individuals fulfill their life purposes, become better communicators and establish profitable business systems. Emeka spreads his message through blogging, consulting, coaching and organized seminars. He is the administrator of ‘Pen & Ink Maters’; a Facebook  group that was set up to encourage individuals to become better versions of themselves. He has authored several books and actively blogs on his inspirational website.
