These scholarships offer complete funding, allowing recipients to concentrate on their professional development and make the most of this transformative experience. Scholarship holders will spend a year living and studying in the United Kingdom, where they will advance both professionally and academically, build extensive networks, immerse themselves in British culture, and forge enduring positive connections with the UK.

Qualification Criteria
Chevening Scholarship applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold citizenship in a country or territory eligible for Chevening funding.
- Agree to return to your home country for a minimum of two years following completion of your scholarship.
- Possess at least two years of professional experience (equivalent to 2,800 working hours).
- Have completed an undergraduate degree that meets the requirements for admission to a UK master’s program.
- Submit applications to three different eligible UK university programs. Candidates must secure an unconditional offer from at least one of these program choices by the specified deadline for references and educational documentation on the application schedule.

Scholarship Benefits
- The Chevening Program features a customised engagement initiative that provides networking opportunities for scholarship recipients with fellow scholars, program alumni, FCDO representatives, distinguished speakers, and partner organisations.
- Successful applicants will receive:
- Coverage of university tuition fees.
- Economy class airfare to and from your home country via an approved travel route (for the scholar only).
- Initial settlement allowance.
- Entry clearance (visa) application fees (for the scholar only).
- Final departure allowance.
- Up to £75 contribution toward tuberculosis testing when required.
- Additional travel expense allowance.
- Monthly personal maintenance allowance (stipend) for housing and daily living costs. The monthly stipend amount varies based on whether studies take place in London or elsewhere. These amounts are reviewed annually.
