Ice cream is a great dessert. It’s one of the best treats that you can have on sunny days. Ice creams can be bought at most fast-food restaurants and supermarkets. But you can also make it at home. I learnt how to make today’s Ice cream from Tspices Kitchen. That lady is a whizz in the kitchen. Anyways, today’s ice cream was prepared without whipped cream. It has just five ingredients, I’m sure most of us have these ingredients at home. The sixth ingredient is optional. I didn’t use it but I’ll tell you what to do in case you want to add a bit of colour to your ice cream. I’m sure I’ve piqued your interest. Oya relax and I will show you how to make this ice cream.

How To Prepare
Pour the cornflour into a sizeable bowl. Add the powdered milk and sugar to it. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add liquid milk to the dry ingredients. Add some vanilla essence to the mixture, it will give it a nice flavour. Pour the mixture into a clean pot and boil on low to medium heat for five to seven minutes. Stir the pot continuously while the content boils. When the allotted time elapses, turn off the heat but keep stirring the mixture till it cools to prevent clumps. Transfer the ice cream into a plastic bowl. Cover it and put it in the freezer to chill for at least three hours. When the ice cream cools, pour it into a bowl and whisk. If you’ll like to add colour to your ice cream, this is the time to do it. Scoop out a portion in a separate bowl. Add the colour to it and mix thoroughly. Mix the plain and the coloured ice cream as you’ll like in a bowl. Ice Cream, as you know, is best served frozen. If the sorry light situation in this country will allow you, put the ice cream in the freezer and allow it to chill overnight. Serve and enjoy.
