Agbaje Congratulates Ambode

Following in the footsteps of President Goodluck Jonathan who congratulated Muhammadu Buhari after losing the election, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the governorship election in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje has conceded defeat and congratulated his main challenger, Akinwunmi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress. “Mr. Agbaje called Mr. Ambode at exactly 6:58 PM to concede defeat and congratulate him. Mr. Ambode also thanked him and wished him well,” the spokesperson for Mr. Ambode’s campaign team, Steve Ayorinde told Premium Times.
