The draws for the 2014 African Nations Championship (CHAN) to be hosted by South Africa was held yesterday.
The tournament is strictly for all the home-based players in the local leagues around the African continent.
The home-based Super Eagles, who will be making their debut at the tournament, have been grouped alongside hosts, South Africa, Mozambique and Mali in Group A.
The Super Eagles team led by Godffrey Oboabona and Sunday Mba booked its place in the competition with a 4-3 aggregate win over the Elephants of Ivory Coast.
All group A matches will be played in Capetown.
