Noting that the domestic showpiece is the only event the Para-Soccer Federation organizes without interference, Didi confirmed that some states have given assurance of their participation.
‘We have been organising the national championship for nine years now. This is the only championship we do every year. Some of the states have given us assurance that they will participate in this year’s championship.’ Misbahu Didi

Addressing the problem of funding which has been a big hindrance to the promotion of the event, Didi disclosed that the Rotary Club has remained the competition’s only sponsor since its first edition nine years ago. He went further to urge non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to lend support for the promotion of the event.
‘This has been one of the obstacles slowing down the federation’s activities, and that is why we need the support of NGOs across the country.’ Didi
