Tactical & Strategic Marketing Planning Workshop

2021 is fast approaching, a lot of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) do not plan for an incoming business year, they take each day as it comes. While for some big business it’s just an annual ritual that has no significance on their real day to day operations. It is wishful thinking to presume that as a business owner or Manager you can achieve substantial growth without the rigour of planning, well-thought-out action, and disciplined execution. In business, you cannot depend on luck to run a successful business, but this is what a lot of MSMEs do in our clime. I have interacted hundreds of businesses that run on autopilots in Nigeria when I was Head of Membership at one of the leading Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria. This course is put in place to introduce and refresh MSMEs, even large corporates and Marketing as well as Non-marketing professionals through the art of business planning, strategy, and execution for better outcomes. This workshop is crucial and applicable to individuals, teams, and companywide performance improvement.
