Companies that intend to design and dole out their own learning modules can also work with Zercom to convert their content into courses for digital channels. It can convert PDFs, PowerPoint, and Word documents and upload them to users’ Learning Management Systems (LMS). The courses on Tangerine come with scenarios, animations, gamification, and assessments, and are compatible with common technical standards for e-learning software products. Banks need to be able to track all of their ATMs in real-time. That’s something that Terminoxx, an ATM monitoring application, empowers them to do. Terminoxx is software available from Zercom, which helps the ATM monitoring units of banks to determine the status of their ATMs and ensure that they are running around the clock. The locator function lets bank customers know where the closest ATMs to them are, and whether they’re ‘in service’, ‘dispensing cash’ or ‘out of service’. Another of Zercom’s products is Veritos, an address verification and logistics application. It helps companies deal with the challenge of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. The solution validates, corrects, and standardizes the addresses of new accounts for banks, and allows companies with logistics operations to quicken their delivery service.
