The offerings from Zercom Systems are important tools for businesses in several industries. Its clients—which are drawn from finance, Information Technology, telecommunications, management consulting, new media, and government –are proof of this. It can also serve individuals whose needs may be met by its tech packages. Zercom Systems was set up in 2008. Its founder, Olukayode Awosanya, is an experienced IT professional who has worked in both the United States and Nigeria. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Technology which he obtained from Bowie State University, Maryland, and a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, USA. His formal training and practical experience has enabled him to launch and run the fairly successful business that Zercom has become. With its headquarters in Lagos and a secondary presence in the United States, Zercom Systems takes on projects from customers within and beyond Nigeria’s borders. In the fifteen years since it became functional, it has fashioned itself into a technology service provider of significant repute. Thanks to the quality of work that it does, it has garnered a stellar roll call of clients. One of Zercom’s products is Tangerine, a Learning Management System. This platform enables organizations to administer, document, track, and report online training. It’s preloaded with thousands of courses from several dozen global sources. Companies that intend to design and dole out their own learning modules can also work with Zercom to convert their content into courses for digital channels. It can convert PDFs, PowerPoint, and Word documents and upload them to users’ Learning Management Systems (LMS). The courses on Tangerine come with scenarios, animations, gamification, and assessments, and are compatible with common technical standards for e-learning software products. Banks need to be able to track all of their ATMs in real-time. That’s something that Terminoxx, an ATM monitoring application, empowers them to do. Terminoxx is software available from Zercom, which helps the ATM monitoring units of banks to determine the status of their ATMs and ensure that they are running around the clock. The locator function lets bank customers know where the closest ATMs to them are, and whether they’re ‘in service’, ‘dispensing cash’ or ‘out of service’. Another of Zercom’s products is Veritos, an address verification and logistics application. It helps companies deal with the challenge of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. The solution validates, corrects, and standardizes the addresses of new accounts for banks, and allows companies with logistics operations to quicken their delivery service.

It’s called Kruntch, and it’s a content management and security application. With it, organizations can track, protect, manage, and commercialize the content they produce. This product is primarily for e-learning content creators. But there’s a version that’s designed for social media influencers, which allows them to view post metrics from across multiple social media platforms. Zercom Systems is one of a growing number of technology companies that cater to businesses. It has a lot of room for growth, thanks to the increasing demand for the sort of services it provides.
