A perfect example of this is Simpu, built by Kolawole Balogun, Collins Iheagwara and Tioluwani Kolawolein in November 2021. Simpu is a super app idea they have before the pandemic happened. They wanted to build a single platform that will help businesses communicate and manage their customers.

This was how Simpu came to be as a business-to-business software-as-a-service (B2B SaaS) startup. One that enables businesses to engage and communicate directly with their customers seamlessly. Its flagship product known as a lego-flexible omni channel inbox was launched in November 2021. What it does is to bring messaging apps like email, WhatsApp, Twitter direct messages, Facebook Messenger, SMS, and website live chat, into a single platform. This helps various businesses to deliver fast, personalised, and consistent customer support and sales experiences to their clients.
