It’s 2014 and Nollywood actor, Joseph Benjamin, is not smiling. The actor has announced he will no longer be offering his services for free in 2014.
Taking to his account on social networking site, Facebook, to give the announcement, Joh Ben, as he is fondly called, said: “Please don’t ask me to do things pro bono for you, or your organization/magazine/newspaper/etc, unless you fancy being let down, personally.”
The MTN Project Fame host, also, said, “I have serious bills to pay, just like the rest of y’all, so if you want to hire my services, we can talk, but otherwise, don’t even think about approaching me – the time for me to pump up my resume with the fleeting thrill of being a good Samaritan is over unless you pay for it. I repeat over!”
Mr. Benjamin is a sought-after actor with multiple awards garnered from acting in sold out movies in cinemas.
