As expected, the required skills, character, experience, and overall attitudes are the essential things to look out for. The most important thing also is transparency with prospective employees. Successful startups are largely driven by ideas and missions. Therefore, another way to build a strong community that drives growth is to incorporate everyone into the startup’s idea and mission.
