The first step towards developing the right community is to hire the right talents. Hence, you must define the kind of people you want on your team and reach out to them. You can outsource the hiring operation to an HR organisation or design an HR department that understands the kind of people you want. As expected, the required skills, character, experience, and overall attitudes are the essential things to look out for. The most important thing also is transparency with prospective employees.
  • Integrate Everyone Into The Idea And Mission But Be Flexible 

Successful startups are largely driven by ideas and missions. Therefore, another way to build a strong community that drives growth is to incorporate everyone into the startup’s idea and mission. An example of a mission is to empower 5,000 businesses with a digital presence before 2025.

The idea is to eradicate poverty and grow the economy by empowering businesses through the variety of the model.   • Introduce The Tribe Mentality 

In building a formidable business community, introducing the “tribe mentality” is a great way to go. The tribe mentality is where everyone is held together by a common purpose, idea and profit. Seth Godin described a tribe as “a group of people connected, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate.”

If you want to create a great business community that drives growth, providing the necessary fuel to get them pumped up will guarantee the desired results you want to see.

Just like an army, when they are not armed, they can become demoralized. Hence, the various types of armaments: include material (remuneration, tools and equipment, and facilities) and emotional (vocal appreciation and words of encouragement).
  • Create A Safe Space

In building a strong business community, you must create a safe space. A safe space is a room where members of the community get to pour out their feelings and opinions as well as get to understand each other.
