The third thing to note is that body odour begins at puberty because of the rising hormones called androgens which are not active until puberty. It can however be made worse by poor hygiene, heavy exercise, hot weather, being overweight, changes in hormone. Not everyone who has body odour is aware of it but it can be awfully embarrassing for those who have been apprised of their skin condition. Baking Soda

Baking soda neutralizes body odour by absorbing moisture, altering the skin’s ph and suppressing bacterial growth from the body. Thus, if you want to use this kitchen wonder to cure body odour, mix it and lemon juice then apply it to the affected body area(s) for a few minutes before washing it off. Surprised? Well, this vegetable is not just used in making stew. Tomato juice serves as an astringent. As such, it can help you get rid of that body odour. Just rub the juice under your armpit before you shower. You can also drink one or two glasses every day to help reduce the odour.Aloe Vera
This plant should be nicknamed Aloe the Great for its wide range of benefits. Aloe vera contains anti-bacterial and Antifungal properties; its antibacterial properties is what makes it effective in the treatment of body odour. Scoop the gel out of the aloe vera leaves.
