The Global Brain Health Institute is looking for exceptional talents from diverse fields such as clinical practice, technology, research, social sciences, policy, the arts, education, and public health who demonstrate a strong capacity towards implementing solutions that are transformative in their communities.

Some of the benefits of participating in the program include:
- Participants undertake a one-year, full-time paid residential fellowship at the GBHI, based at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, or the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
- Selected individuals are exposed to a core curriculum that covers epidemiology, neurology, statistics, health economics, leadership, law and ethics, public policy, and leadership.
- Participants gain access to a network of leading global researchers, policymakers, and clinicians for long-term collaborations.
