The Story Behind ‘Slum2School Africa’

Slum2school was founded by Orondaam Otto, a millennial yearning to emancipate children in the slums by utilizing education. While working a bank job, Otto was curious as to why there was a high percentage of out-of-school children in Nigeria. For him, it was a cause for concern as he would spot children who were supposed to be in school on the streets of Lagos doing menial jobs and hawking while on his way to work and back.
