Website Review: ReportAm

ReportAm is a website which specialises in creating a platform for customers to report their customer care experiences, whether good or bad. It also gives companies the opportunity to resolve these reports and solve the problems raised. The first thing you notice about the website is how much it reminds you of Guaranty Trust Bank with the orange and grey theme. The colour theme is beautiful nonetheless. The colours complement themselves in a way that best suits whatever a reporter wants to do. The orange is a happy colour of some sort, while the grey is a grudge colour. The logo which is a trumpet in orange and grey colours is simple and easy to interpret, as all good designs should be. The thing I find most interesting about the site is the easy user interface. I mean, my grandmother only needs to know how to use the internet to be able to use the website. The ReportAm team know you don’t want to waste too time making your report and they just go straight to the point in every detail of the website with its concise content and copy. Another interesting feature on the website is the “Rating Table”. It shows lists of Companies with the most compliments and complaints likewise. It also has an overall rating list. How it works? All you need to do is click on the “Write a Report” link, sign up if you haven’t already registered (don’t worry, it’s really quick and easy), make your report and submit. The only thing more awesome than the website with its amazing interface is the app itself with an also easy-to-use interface. I don’t see any glitches in the website. No useless hyperlinks, no dead ends. Just overall quality. It’s no wonder they rank number one on the “Companies with the Most Compliments” list. ReportAm is so easy to use it will make you want to report someone. Every Nigerian has a horror customer care story. Perhaps this is a positive step to improving customer service delivery in Nigeria.   About the Writer: Fu’ad writes in an interesting spectrum of writing forms, from fiction to compelling copy for businesses and campaigns.
