Special Guest: MR Olawale Tunde Fasanya
Mr Olawale Tunde Fasanya was born on 3rd June 1962 in Ogbomosho, Osun State, South-West Nigeria. He is a holder of the West African School Certificate, Bachelor of Arts (English and Literary Studies) from the prestigious University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University Ife in 1985, Advanced Certificate in Public Relations, Nigeria Institute of Journalism (NIJ) Ogba Lagos 1990, Masters in Public Administration, Lagos State University Lagos 1994, Diploma In Market Oriented Small Business Development Service, International Training Centre of International Labour Organization (ILO) Turin, Italy in 2008, and presently expecting his PhD in Public Policy Analysis and Management University of America.

Tim Rose
Tim started his career in financial services rising to become an Executive Board Director for a leading financial intermediary. Tim has held positions as Chairman, CEO, and Finance Director within the Financial and Corporate sectors.
As part of Tim’s ethos of sharing best practices and corporate governance, he regularly delivers seminars on the Role of the Non-Executive Director in the SME marketplace, Access to Finance (ACCA),
Turnaround Management (ACCA) and raising the Professional Standards of the board (IoD). Tim instigated and arranged appointments with the Chairman of RBS, the Head of Santander, The Lord Mayor of London and the CEO of Royal London Asset Management to raise the profile of the Premier Board qualification ‘Chartered Director.

Dr Olusegun Akanji
Dr Akanji holds a B.S.c and M.S.c from the University of Lagos,
He also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University and the University of Bangor UK. He also holds his PhD from the International University Panama/London Postgraduate Credit Management School.
With over two decades in the formal workspace, his experiences in financial services cover commercial, investment banking and insurance. He started his career with Accenture and Deloitte before joining Heritage Bank where he heads the Strategy and Business Solution Division of the Bank. He is an alumnus of the Wharton University Real Estate Centre and Harvard Business School’s Leading Change and Organization Renewal (LCOR).
Olusegun Mojeed
Olusegun Mojeed is a licensed global Human Resource practitioner and a FELLOW, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (FCIPM), FELLOW, Institute of Training & Development (FITD), and Member, Association for Talent Development (ATD) formerly American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).A 1985 graduate of Political Science from the University of Lagos. He holds an M.Sc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (1988) from the same University.
Segun is a Centre for Management Development (CMD) certified trainer/consultant.
He started his professional HR career as Personnel Officer/Management Trainee at
BAGCO, after completing his postgraduate studies and the mandatory Internship programme in 1988.
