Twitter announced earlier this month that they had designed a new profile layout for users and allowed a few users to test run it. Now, the new twitter profile is out and open for all so every Twitter user is able to have the new look. There is a new ‘pinned tweet’ feature which allows users to pin any tweet they like at the top of their profile page.
