Eligibility

The Sterling Bank Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA in at least the Second Class Honours Lower Division
Must have completed the NYSC program
Should not be older than 26 years at the time they apply
Persons who are tech savvy and are proficient in any of these programming languages should indicate Java, XML, Android Development, Git, HTML, CSS, Kotlin, Go, etc.
