Through this program, Procter & Gamble wants to recruit outstanding talent who will work on real-world assignments while being mentored by experienced professionals at the company. Note that only applications from persons who have not yet commenced the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program will be accepted.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:- Finished with a degree in at least the Second Class Upper Division, in any discipline, and from a recognized university
- Graduated between 2021 and 2023
- Has not started the NYSC program
- Possess leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Can work with a team made up of people from diverse backgrounds
