As part of the Deloitte Nigeria Accounting and Finance Professionals Program, participants will work with the company for a contract period of one year. Within this period, persons taking part in the Accounting, Finance, and Internal Controls disciplines will sharpen their skills and gain a global perspective of their careers while working with Deloitte.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:- Bachelor’s degree or HND (at least a Second Class Upper/Upper Credit) in any discipline
- At least five O’ Level credits (WASSCE/NECO) including English and Mathematics, obtained in one sitting
- At least 6 years of experience as Financial Controller, Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant or Auditor, or Finance Manager
- Should be a Chartered Accountant
- Must have experience in IFRS Reporting, Internal Control, Operational Accounting, and Financial Planning
- Experience working with one of the Big 4 confers added advantage
