PMB Replaces Head of Nigerian Civil Service

According to a Guardian news report, President Muhammadu Buhari has officially replaced the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mr Danladi Kifasi with Mrs Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita.
