Minister of Power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo, has commissioned the N200 million 25kilowatts (kw) Hybrid Solar and Wind Demonstration Plant built by the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN). The plant which is located in Kainji, Niger‎ State according to Nebo, will not only generate electricity, but also be the main training centre for solar and wind technology in Nigeria. 10. The Federal Government has revealed that it has concluded plans to establish a bank for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to help them access funds and pay over a long period of time.  The bank, ‘Development Bank of Nigeria’ will be launched next month.
