New Radio Station, Impact Business Radio, IBR 92.5 FM Set to Launch in Ibadan

Metropolitan Broadcasting Services has announced that a new radio station named Impact Business Radio will soon be launched in Ibadan, the state capital of Oyo.
The management further revealed that the new radio station will be broadcasting on 92.5 FM and will make business and entrepreneurship its main focus.
According to Mrs. Olufunke Alli, head of management and a veteran broadcaster, “The station shall represent those social and economic issues that are overlooked or under-represented by other media outlets. It shall cover every aspect of business in an informative, entertaining and interactive manner; from the biggest headlines of the day to the nuts and bolts of how to build a business from the ground up with some shows offered via live, call-in format.”
IBR will also facilitate the exchange of economic, cultural and intellectual ideas with particular regard for businesses, entrepreneurs and utilisation of resources in and around coverage areas. The radio station will also offer views, reviews, interviews, advice, information, topics, real life experiences and business education programmes in areas like marketing, finance, technology and business productivity to raise the management proficiency of the Nigerian businesses and professional community in areas in and around Ibadan, Oyo State and all over the South-West region.
She continued, “As part of its programming, IBR 92.5 FM will provide its listeners with timeless music and up-to-date sports reviews. It will also embark on meeting the lifestyle as well as business needs of its target group, including health and the arts.”
