Crusader Nigeria Merges With Custodian & Allied Insurance

Crusader (Nigeria) Plc has merged with Custodian & Allied Insurance Plc to become a new organization- Custodian and Allied Plc. The merger integrates the skills, information technology and back office processes of both organisations, which would be to the advantage of the customers of the company, according to the Brand and Communications Manager of Custodian and Allied Plc, Chukwudum Ofomata.
He also said that, “The merger between Custodian & Allied Insurance Plc and Crusader (Nigeria) Plc leverages on 79 combined years of insurance and financial services experience. The merger has created invaluable integration of skills, information technology and back office processes. All these to the benefit of our customers and other stakeholders.”
According to the organization, “the strengths of Custodian and Allied Plc are its stronger balance sheet, financial capacity, improved operational efficiencies and an expanded product portfolio,’ adding that the firm has greatly expanded its scope of services with the merger with Crusader (Nigeria) Plc.
The new organization intends to be a force in the Nigerian insurance sector for big and small deals, providing better and effective ways to guarantee compensation for specified loss, in return for full payment.
