Connect Nigeria

The Big Announcement

Just two days to the event, we were given a glimpse of how Africa’s biggest business fair by Connect Nigeria was taking shape. With the venue being the gigantic Tafawa Balewa Square, the fair was reckoned to be accommodating well over 15,000 attendees and 500 exhibitors from all over Nigeria and beyond its shores. The icing on the cake was when we were reminded that registration was free and all we needed to do was register.

They say, “success is where preparation and opportunity meet” and this was exactly the tune at the business fair as attendees and exhibitors got to hear from the horse’s mouth (some of Nigeria’s most seasoned business experts and entrepreneurs), some of the most important lessons about running a business. The theme of the first-panel discussion was “What They Don’t Tell You About Starting A Business”.
