To shed more light on this process, CCLD Consulting Ltd. is offering a one-day training titled ‘Strategic Deal Management in Commercial Transactions’, which will be held on Tuesday September 23^rd 2014 at the Lagos Resource Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The training will present a practical approach to structuring transactions in ways that ensure the prevention of corporate disputes, compliance with relevant laws, fulfillment of parties’ obligations and reduction of risks.
