If you manage a business account, you are a person. Chances are you’ll like content that you resonate with or you feel resonates with the business. The point is, you, the human…makes the decision and taps the like button. This is why I believe so much in human to human marketing. Not bots… humans. No one wants to engage with robots on social media. We want to engage with human beings. Don’t get overwhelmed by B2B or B2C. Don’t overthink it. Be human.

This means you don’t have to be perfect all the time. You’re allowed to have a beautiful BTS video. You can show imperfections, make mistakes and admit them. You can have a bad day. You can make one mistake. You can share and tell your story! You can be imperfect every once in a blue moon. It means you can be relatable and use simple words. You can take people on a journey and give them personalized experiences. It means you don’t have to be a robot on social media!
