The GCFP is targeted at young civic leaders who are peace-builders in their communities. It provides them with the mentorship and training they need to make a positive impact on localities in which peace-building efforts are needed.      Besides equipping its beneficiaries with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to do impactful work, this program makes them part of a global family of activists for peace and communal development, ensuring that they do not carry on their projects alone. The fellowship, which is designed for individuals aged between 18 and 35 years, will begin with a five-day training for participants and will last for 24 months. It is executed in partnership with the USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture.
