The Coronation Graduate Trainee Program Academy will help recruits build up their technical expertise, acquire the skills they need to recognize and manage risks and take advantage of growth opportunities. They will also be grounded in regulations that apply to their space, and develop connections with a professional network extending within and beyond the Coronation ecosystem.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:- Have a Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA in at least the Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
- At least 5 credits in the WAEC O’ Level exams (including in English and Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Should not be more than 27 years old at the time they apply
- Professional qualifications and certifications, if relevant, will be considered an advantage
