Video sharing platform, YouTube has announced the birth of its music awards called, ‘YouTube Music Awards’ via a video.
The award ceremony which will hold in New York will be aired live on 3rd of November 2013with live musical performance from London, Moscow, Rio and Seoul.
The popular platform also announced that it will be revealing its nominees on 17 October- the nominees will be artistes and videos with most liked and most watched videos in the past year. Fans are encouraged to decide who wins what with their vote.
YouTube Music Awards is created by popular filmmaker, spike Jonze and YouTube, and will be hosted by Jason Schwartzman.
