Coming soon at Ikeja Lagos is a world class bus terminal, first of its kind in Nigeria. It is part of the projects for the Lagos Bus Reforms by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode. This is supposed to serve as a station for all bus transportation within the Ikeja axis, serving passengers who are headed towards Agege, Maryland, Ogba, Iyana-Ipaja, Ojota, Obalende, CMS, Oshodi, etc.
Facilities would include a comfortable waiting area, Ticketing Booths, Loading bays, food court, Toilets, ATM Galleries, etc. The terminal is built to provide comfortable transportation system, unlike our current motor parks that have no shade from sun or rain, or hygenic environment, or well-maintained vehicles.
