Wema Bank is now accepting applications from young Nigerian graduates who want to take part in its Bankers in Training Program. The bank would like to hear from persons who intend to start and build a career in the banking and financial services industry. It says that the bankers-in-training program will serve as a pathway for such persons to get into the formal roles they dream of.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Have a degree in the Management Sciences e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management, etc.
Graduated with a CGPA in the Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Program
Should not be older than 26 years at the time they apply
