MAN UTD O-1 CHELSEA Mikel Obi missed the fourth game on the trot for Chelsea as he’s still side-lined with a hip injury. Victor Moses played all 90 minutes as Chelsea earned a slim win over Manchester United to leapfrog Arsenal into third place and keep their hopes of Champions League football next season alive. LIVERPOOL 0-0 EVERTON Victor Anichebe spear-headed the attack for the Toffees in the Merseyside derby on Sunday but couldn’t get the ball past Pepe Reina in Liverpool’s goal. WEST HAM 0-0 NEWCASTLE Shola Ameobi was brought on in the second half as his team chased a late winner to ease off relegation fears but the big striker couldn’t do anything to prevent the stalemate. WEST BROM 2-3 WIGAN Osaze Odewingie had to settle for a spot on the substitutes’ bench for the umpteenth time as his team threw away the lead twice to lose to relegation battlers, Wigan Athletic at the Hawthorns. FULHAM 2-4 READING Hope Akpan is still nursing an injury so he was not listed for this game. Hal Robson Kanu and Bryan Ruiz scored a brace for Reading and Fulham respectively. QPR 0-1 ARSENAL Theo Walcott scored in less than 20 seconds to condemn Nedum Onuoha and QPR to yet another defeat.
