AIF 2024 will equip its fellows with the leadership and business development skills they need to scale and prepare for investments. It will run for 8 months, starting in November 2024. The first part of the program will be a virtual masterclass covering idea and business incubation, funding, leadership development, and pitch readiness.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:- Have a registered new or innovative STEM business idea or startup
- Developed an engineering solution that will cater to the needs of people in sub-Saharan Africa
- Commit to the program for its duration (November 2024-July 2025)
- Must be a woman
- Have a valid passport and be able to travel between February and May 2025
