Persons who are accepted into this program will take on various responsibilities within Wema Bank’s sales units and operations. They include the management of sales, risk, finance, and people. They will also be engaging the bank’s customers and will ensure that it maintains a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with them.

Eligibility
Persons who want to take part in the Bankers in a Training program should meet these criteria:- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in a numerically related discipline
- Must be eager to begin a career in sales or marketing
Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
- Should not be older than 26 years at the time they apply
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
