Startup Wise Guys, an organization based in Europe which supports tech ventures all over the world, is inviting startups from across Africa to apply for its SaaS Accelerator Program. It says that this program will help participants improve their company-building process, strengthen their go-to-market strategy, and raise the quality of outcomes that they yield across their target objectives.
The learning modules offered as part of the accelerator program will cover setting KPIs, sales and product sprints, fundraising and investor readiness, and communications. Startups could get up to €65,000 in funding, make global connections, and get mentored by seasoned experts from Africa’s corporate and technology space.
Benefits
Startups selected for this accelerator program will benefit from it in the following ways:
- Investments of up to €65,000 (€45,000 cash and €20,000 program) for up to 12% equity
- One-to-one support for vital aspects of enterprise building such as sales, product development, marketing, and pitching
- Interact with hundreds of founders, mentors, and potential partners at an international level
- Get training that will enable them get to market faster, and grow at an increased pace
- Stand a chance of receiving additional investment post-program
Eligibility
Startups are eligible for this program is they meet the following criteria:
- They are an early stage B2B (business-to-business) SaaS venture
- Active in FinTech, ClimaTech and AgriTech
- Have a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- The startup has at least 2 cofounders or team members
- Have gained initial customer traction and has begun generating revenue
