The program will last for 10 weeks (between April and August 2023). It will give participants the chance to work on real-world challenges, and gain valuable skills while doing so. Persons who perform exceptionally well during the program could secure a place in the bank’s Graduate Program and set themselves on the path to full-time employment with the institution.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these conditions:- Must be in their second-to-last or final year of undergraduate or postgraduate study at a recognized university
- Have a permanent legal right to work in the country
- Be willing and able to devote the time required to complete the program
