The Sahara Group, a leading energy conglomerate with operations in countries across Africa, Asia and Europe, is inviting young graduates from specific disciplines to apply for a place in its Global Talent Program. This initiative is designed to train bright prospects in various roles and enable them to acquire the core skills they need to succeed in a career at the company.

Candidates who are selected to take part in this program will learn to work within midstream oil and gas operations and will be trained through local and international job rotations. The Sahara Group aims to leverage this program to identify and develop fresh talent who will go on to contribute to the growth of the company on a global level.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:

Has a university degree, preferably in Law, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, and Science-related courses
Should not be older than 26 years by December 2023
Has a maximum of 2 years of work experience
Persons who have a Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred
