This fund is open to individuals, teams, non-profits, and social enterprises. Their projects must be thoroughly thought out and planned, smartly designed, and have the potential to drive positive change in the communities, districts and regions in which they are active.

Applicants selected for this fund will receive grants of between $2,500 and $15,000.Eligibility

- Persons should be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally able to receive funding from the Catalyst Fund
- Projects or solutions should be innovative and be more efficient and effective versions of existing models
- Startups or projects must have a deep understanding of the communities whose problems they are tackling—their needs, how they should be engaged, and how they will maintain the solution over the long term
- The solution should have the potential to deliver a positive impact on a large scale
- An experienced team working with a smart and presently relevant strategy
