Its organizers aim to equip trainees with the skills they need to succeed in this space. Through the Ministry of Steel Development Bootcamp Training Program, selected youth will gain expertise in one of three specialized areas:

Welding and fabrication
Industrial foundry and metallurgy
Instrumentation and control systems and mechanical maintenance

Participants who complete the program will get equipment support to enable them to start and grow their business.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

Aged between 18 and 40 years
Provide valid means of identification
Have at least a Secondary School O’ Level Certificate
Submit a statement of purpose detailing their reasons for applying for the program
