During the program, participants will attend workshops facilitated by high achievers, learn leadership skills, and know what it means to be an effective communicator. McKinsey will also ensure that attendees learn about its operations, and have their questions about it answered. The program will begin with a three-day event spanning April 20 to 22 and will be followed by weekly virtual sessions which will happen in May and June.

Eligibility
Applicants should meet these criteria:- Be a woman based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA)
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or MBA program and be scheduled to graduate by 2024 at the latest; or be a professional with up to eight years of work experience
- Resume (written in English) detailing the applicant’s education, grades, extracurricular activities, work experience and achievements
- Office location (geographic or industrial) or business function (based on industry experience)
- Academic transcripts containing grades
