This program is a partnership involving Microsoft, the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, Tech4Dev, and LSETF, among others. It is expected to develop a pipeline of skilled tech-savvy young people, and ultimately reduce unemployment and underemployment in the country.

Eligibility
This program is open to individuals aged 16-35 who are enthusiastic about tech and want to build a career in a tech or tech-enabled discipline.The Program’s Learning Paths
The program has two segments: Basic Digital Literacy and Advanced Certification.- Digital Skills Nigeria Basic Digital Literacy will train participants to work with computers, access information online, communicate online, create digital content, collaborate and manage content digitally, and use such tools as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

- Digital Skills Nigeria Advanced Certification gives candidates the chance to gain one of these certifications: Security Administrator (MS-500), Azure Data Scientist (DP-100), Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400), and Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300).
