Directed by one of Nigeria’s finest Directors, Joseph Ofili “The Journey Begins” is a movement geared towards building individuals who understand that mistakes, challenges and setbacks are a crucial part of the human experience and existence as well as young people who possess the strength to embrace them when they happen and the courage to move beyond them to live a worthwhile existence.
Entertainers like Yaw, Julius Agwu, Joseph Benjamin, Femi Jacobs, Akpororo, Lepacious Bose, Banky W, Tim Godfrey & Xtreme, will perform at the event.
Powered by Republic of Xtreme (ROX) in conjunction with SwiftThink Limited, “The Journey Begins” was borne out of the need to inspire a generation of young Nigerians to take up responsibility and avoid using life’s numerous vicissitudes as excuses for apathy and failure.
Speaking on the event, Tim Godfrey, President of RoX, said, “In a time like this, we need to create an atmosphere where we can reach out to our youth with a message even in the midst of the mess, that they can turn a new leaf today, and let the journey begin again for them towards a better life.”
