Opportunities For Africans

  Launched in 2017, the Imoukhude Foundation Africa Initiative for Governance (AIG) Scholarships supports outstanding Africans who are building a career in public service with scholarships to pursue a Master of Public Policy degree. The initiative sees them enrol for this at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Thus far, it has awarded 29 scholarships worth more than ₤50,000 each to future public sector leaders.

For one year, scholarship awardees learn from world-class faculty and experts in public service and interact with other prospective public sector leaders from across the globe. Then they return to their home country with the knowledge they have gained from their degree program, and a determination to transform policy-making and support positive reforms in their domains.
